Just a little background info: I am originally from the Gainesville Ocala area... yes I am a native!  I attended cosmetology school at Santa Fe Community college here in Gainesville.  In addition to school, I worked as an assistant to a busy salon owner.  This allowed me to further my training and gain some much needed experience before I started "working".
Prior to my current position, here at Charisma for Hair, I was a designer stylist at a busy chain salon.  During my six years there, I had the opportunity to continue my education through classes several times a year, both locally and in Tampa, FL.
Here at Charisma, that trend is continuing.  Our staff recently attended the Premier Hair Show in Orlando.  We also work together to keep each other up to date on current styles.  I have had advanced training for coloring and highlighting, and hair texturizing techniques through Wella Specialist.
I really enjoy my career.  It's great to be able to help people look good and feel better about themselves.
